Key Priorities
- Managing the Strategic Plan: Work with the Board and Artistic Director to execute the 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, implementing organizational priorities and tracking key milestones.
- Financial Management: Manage the budget and coordinate with the Treasurer to track individual project-based budgets where every concert and event is its own financial element. Understand the long-term financial requirements that support the strategic plan, while actively identifying, assessing, and minimizing organizational risk.
- Revenue & Growth: Support the annual funding drive and long-term stability of our Legacy Endowment.
- Data Management: Lead the execution and daily management of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure 100% internal ownership of patron, donor, and member data.
- Communications: Serve as the administrative lead for organizational communications, acting as a principal representative and negotiator with external partners, including professional artistic partners, venues, soloists, and grantors.
